IFS FOOD: New version 7 released!
The new version 7 of the certification scheme IFS Food has been released on October 6th, 2020. It will be applicable from March 1st, 2021 and its implementation will become mandatory for all certified companies as of July 1st, 2021.
What’s new?
This new version provides more focus on the on-site assessment and less wordy documentation through editorial harmonization. The definition of new requirements concerning the outsourcing of processes should be highlighted. Last but not least, the new GFSI driven concept of “Food Safety Culture” has been incorporated.

IFS Food – What is it?
IFS Food is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognised certification scheme focused on food safety and quality of processes and products.
