Corrigendum to REACH Annex XVII Entry 68
The European Union (EU) has issued an amendment to Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 relating to perfluoro carboxylic acids.
On 10th March 2022, the European Union (EU) issued the following: Corrigendum to Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/1297 of 4 August 2021 amending Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards perfluorocarboxylic acids containing 9 to 14 carbon atoms in the chain (C9-C14 PFCAs), their salts and C9-C14 PFCA-related substances
The corresponding time node has been revised, in paragraph 10 of the table in the entry 68 on page 33:
- "From 25 August 2024, the concentration limit shall be 100 ppb for the sum of C9-C14 PFCAs, in fluoroplastics and fluoroelastomers that contain perfluoroalkoxy groups."
was replaced with:
- "From 26 August 2024, the concentration limit shall be 100 ppb for the sum of C9-C14 PFCAs in fluoroplastics and fluoroelastomers that contain perfluoroalkoxy groups."
