For further developing its environmental services testing offering in Vietnam
Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang announces the acquisition of The Center for Environmental Technology & Management (ETM) based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. The acquisition strengthens the Eurofins network’s environmental testing service offering in the country.

The acquisition was marked by a ceremony attended by the management board of ETM and Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang. This event, which formally recognised the new cooperation between ETM and the Eurofins network, took place at the headquarters of ETM in Ho Chi Minh City. With representatives of Eurofins and ETM in Vietnam, including Mr. Ly Hoang Hai – General Director of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang, Mrs Huynh Ngoc Phuong Mai – Director of ETM, Mrs. Ngo Thi Xuan Dung - Finance Director of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang , Mr. Nguyen Nam Thanh – Regional Multi Business Lines Leader Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines, along with members of the Board of Directors of both companies in attendance.
