Accreditation of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Hanoi branch laboratory in accordance with iso/iec 17025:2017
The Ministry of Science and Technology - Bureau of Accreditation recently announced the document No: 33.2019/QD – VPCNCL
Accordingly, on January 10, 2019 in Hanoi, the quality accreditation office decided to recognize the Hanoi branch laboratory of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, with the accompanying tests in annex.
This standard is representative of the current Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang company's ability and capacity to provide valid results. Including the competence, objectivity and consistency of EUROFINS Sac Ky Hai Dang company
According to this decision, the laboratory of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. will have the number VILAS 238.
This decision is valid until November 16, 2021 and Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang's laboratory will be monitored once a year.
The above decision is made on the basis of:
- Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 30, 2006
- Pursuant to Decision No. 26/2007/QD-BKHCN dated October 31, 2017 of the Minister of Science and Technology on regulations on organization and operation of accreditation organizations
- Pursuant to Decision No. 2058/QD-BKHCN dated July 23, 2018 of the Minister of Science and Technology on regulations on organization and operation charter of the Quality Accreditation Office
- At the request of the Expert assessment team and the Appraisal panel
