On October 31, Ministry of Science andTechnology, Bureau of Accreditation issued Document No. 1123/VPCNCL Extension of the validity of accreditation of VILAS 238

During BoA evaluation period, Bureau of Accreditation Office agreed to extend the validity of accreditation for Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Limited Company with VILAS 238 until February 16, 2019.

After this evaluation, Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang will be recognized with many new testing parameters, meeting the testing needs of customers in accordance with domestic standards, as well as other international standards.

Also, after the evaluation of BoA, Eurofins will achieve ISO/IEC 17025: 2017. ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 "General requirements for laboratory and calibration capabilities" is an international reference for laboratories performing calibration and testing worldwide. Testing results are widely accepted as the focus of laboratory activity. Accordingly, ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 allows laboratories and calibrators to develop an effective quality system and demonstrate that these laboratories have the technical competence to deliver the results, accurate and reliable calibration.

ISO / IEC 17025 also strengthens the linkage between the laboratory and other organizations and institutions as the results of testing and calibration are widely accepted among countries. Test reports and certificates can be accepted not only in one country but also in other countries without the need for further examination, thereby promoting effective international trade.

These are general requirements for the competence of laboratories, which are international reference materials for laboratories that perform calibration and testing operations worldwide. Generally, reliable results are the focus of laboratories. ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 assists laboratories in implementing a quality system and demonstrates that the laboratory has the technical competence to produce valuable and reliable results.

ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 also facilitates cooperation between laboratories and other agencies by creating wider acceptance of test results across countries. Test results and certificates will be accepted from one country to another without further examination, thus improving international trade.
