Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang cooperated with Nghe An Department of Industry and Trade to organize a Workshop on Food Safety in Vinh City

On the morning of July 24, 2020, Nghe An Department of Industry and Trade cooperated with Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. to organize a Workshop on Food Safety at the Beijing Hotel in Vinh City to present and advise the targets testing and guiding how to take food safety samples for samples under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, thereby helping businesses understand the principles of sampling and where to send samples as required.

Participating in the conference were Mr. Le Duc Anh - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Industry and Trade; Mr. Pham Ngoc Quy - Head of Food Safety and Hygiene Sub-Department of Nghe An province; representative of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang and business owners, supermarket owners and dairy and confectionery companies operating in Nghe An province.

Within the framework of the workshop, manufacturers and business owners in Nghe An province were focused on implementing a number of documents on food safety law by the Department of Industry and Trade. Through that, Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. also participates in consulting for them about the testing criteria and how to take food safety samples for the samples under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to bring to the designated testing center of the State such as Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang.

This is considered a practical and necessary job for production and business establishments to have an overview of the method and the importance of ensuring food safety and hygiene in business as well as in life.
