Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang participated in Food Safety Training for establishments producing bottled water and ice in Dong Nai province.
On July 9, 2020, the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Dong Nai Province has just collaborated with Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. to hold a training meeting on food safety legal documents for representatives of over 200 bottled water and ice manufacturing company in Dong Nai province. In the program, the representatives of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang consulted and presented the testing criteria and guidance on how to do the sampling for ice and bottled water to help their manufacturer see the importance of bottled water and ice testing.
In the conference, business owners in Dong Nai province were trained in implementing a number of documents by the Food Safety and Hygiene Department, including Food Safety Law (ATTP) No. 55/ 2010, Decree 15/ 2018 explaining in detail the implementation of a number of articles of the Food Safety Law, Decree 155 amending and supplementing a number of provisions related to investment and business conditions within the scope of State management of the Ministry of Health, Decree 115 stipulates sanctions for administrative violations of food safety, Decree No. 43 on goods labeling ...
Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd. also provided consultancy to businesses on testing criteria and process instructions, how to treat and do the ice, water sampling to bring to the qualified labs for testing.
This is considered a practical job for businesses to have an overview as well as understand the methods, the importance of ensuring food safety and hygiene in daily life as well as understanding the necessity of testing ice, drinking water in particular, and food testing in general.
