Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang received a decision on changing and supplementing the scope of designating testing organizations

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - Plant Protection Department - recently announced decision No. 1407/QĐ-BVTV-KH for the branch of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang in Can Tho province, and decision NO. 1409/QĐ-BVTV-KH-KH for Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang on changing and supplementing the scope of designating testing organizations.

On July 17, 2020, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development - Plant Protection Department - issued a decision for the branch for Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang in Can Tho province, with address: P319, Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technology Incubator, Tra Noc 2 Industrial Park, Phuoc Thoi Ward, O Mon District, Can Tho City; Phone: 02871077879 and Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang with addresses: Lot E2b - 3 D6 Street, Hi-Tech Park, Tan Phu Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City; Phone: 028.71077879, about changing and supplementing the scope of specifying the testing organization together with the specified test method, the details are as follows:

• Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang was assigned to determine As content in fertilizer samples for Can Tho branch.
• Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang was assigned to determine the content of As and Hg in the fertilizer sample for the laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City.

This decision shows that Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang laboratories have the ability to test and determine As and Hg content on fertilizer samples.

This decision is valid until June 27, 2021.

The above decision is made on the basis of:

• Pursuant to November 21, 2007, Law on Product Quality;
• Pursuant to Decision No. 928/QD-BNN-TCCB dated March 24, 2017, of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development defining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Plant Protection Department ;
• Pursuant to Decree No. 132/208/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008, of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality and Decree 74/2018/ND-CP dated 15 May 2018 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008, detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality ;
• Decree No. 154/2018/ND-CP dated November 9, 2018, amending, supplementing, and annulling a number of regulations on investment and business conditions in the field of state management of the Ministry of Science and Technology and some regulations on specialized inspection;
• Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 84/2019/ND-CP dated November 14, 2019, on fertilizer management;
• Pursuant to Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 27, 2019, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the national technical regulation on fertilizer quality;
• Pursuant to the registration dossier for changes and supplements to the scope of the appointment of testing organization of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Co., Ltd;
