Contaminant testing?

Organic contaminants are undesirable, harmful substances, which are found at trace levels in foodstuffs. They are not present in food due to a deliberate action, but find their way into it through contact with air, water or soil, enter it during the manufacturing process or are generated during manufacturing as process contaminants (e.g. acrylamide or 3-monochloropropane-1,2-diol (3-MCPD)).

3-MCPD is an organic chemical compound that is primarily created in foods by protein hydrolysis by adding hydrochloric acid at high temperatures to speed up the breakdown of proteins into amino acids.
VOCs: are organic chemicals that have a high vapor pressure at ordinary room temperature such as Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, Acetone... Some VOCs are dangerous to human health or cause harm to the environment
Pesticide: Most pesticides are highly toxic materials. Consumption of these compounds can poison immediately even lead to death or mild intoxication and slowly cause a serious impact on human health.
Phthalate substance group: are esters of phthalic acid and are mainly used as plasticizers. Fatty foods such as milk, butter, and meats are a major source of phthalate. High doses of phthalate consumption have been shown to change hormone levels and cause birth defects.

Food producers need to ensure that their products are toxicologically safe and in compliance with all legal requirements through the use of analytical testing.

Acrylamide: is toxic to the human nervous. Besides, that acrylamide also causes cancer in mice and may occur in humans.

Banned additives: Tinopal, Orange II, 2.4 - diaminiazonbenzen, Auramine O ... These are substances used in industry but food. These compounds are related to cancer.
